Mondays to Saturdays only. Day-count is strictly by working days — an item sent in on Saturday for Monday collection is next-day express.

No express service on Sundays and public holidays. Express fees are not reversed for items not collected on time.

Additional Charges
- Stain removal is charged separately from the cleaning charge, quoted once we have seen the item — the substance, the fabric and how long it has been there all decide the work involved. We will confirm the charge before starting.
- Items priced "onwards" — wedding gowns, alterations, dyeing and recolouring — are quoted after inspection. No such work begins before you have accepted the quote.
- Express service is charged at 2× or 3× the normal cleaning rate, depending on the turnaround.
Collection & Delivery
- Minimum order of $40.00 for collection and delivery. Orders below $40.00 are charged at the $40.00 minimum.
- Minimum order of $150.00 for curtain removal and installation, and for on-site cleaning services.
- Parking fees will be charged to customers where applicable.
- Our collection and delivery schedule runs Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm.

Payment
- Payment must be made in full before you collect your items or arrange for delivery. We will send you the final amount once your items have been processed.
- A late charge of 2% per month may be applied to any unpaid amount.
- Items brought to one of our outlets are paid for at drop-off.
- We accept cash, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and PayNow.
